Poor pedescribe. At least he got a meal. Choose your target and the killer.

Bugger and d**n, what a mess that first kill was. Big props to pedescribe, though, for playing as confusing and obfuscatory role as possible. Well done, sir!
I don't know who to lynch or who should do the killing, to be honest. I'm interested to see what CatInASuit's report as the "Detective" will be. If he mistakenly identifies pedescribe as Cabal, we'll know he's lying. My guess is, assuming he's not really the Detective, he will claim he got no result, indicating a Vampire kill.
We could try for story again now that he's defenseless, but that seems lame to me for some reason.

Scratch storyteller off the target list for the moment. He's bought into my "there must be scum on this list" ploy hook, line and sinker. Let's see if he can use his influence to send a few of them to their graves. <evil, evil laugh>

Storyteller had a great point - yeah, we'd want to kill him because he's a good player, but now he's essentially vanilla.
On the other hand, we were lucky in that although we hit a bad role, he hadn't picked one of us to bounce the kill onto!
I don't know who to kill. I'd say possibly CatInaSuit but I'm afraid he's a Vampire.

It would be great if we could mount an effort to get him lynched toMorrow. If successful, those who pushed it might get some Townie cred. The problem, of course, is that pushing the lynch of a claimed Detective is very dangerous. ShadowFacts(Do you all mind signing your posts? I can't remember what number wolf you guys all are!)

Sorry, wolf3 is Zsofia. I think that was a big fat slip and there's nothing un-townie about me going after it.

Here's something I've been sitting on since the beginning of toDay. How many roles would you say have not gotten a PM from Pleonast yet?
I say this because Omi No Kami specifically mentioned not having gotten a PM. I know this takes Freemason off the table for his role, but I'm not sure who else might not have gotten a PM (I was lazy and didn't look at the ruleset). That having been said, we know he's not the closest thing to vanilla that this game has now...

I'd say possibly CatInaSuit but I'm afraid he's a Vampire. That, and any Witchdoctor worth his/her salt will be casting their spell on him. Sadly, I thought of an answer to my question the last Night: what we should have done if storyteller eluded our attack. So, I'm starting a list of possible reactions: 1. If we target another Magician, we should claim first. That actually might have saved pedescribe (doubtful, since storyteller's pretty good at defending himself from attacks, during the Day). 2. If we target a Scotsman, the same rule applies. If possible, claim first! As to whom we should target? I vote RooshHe's been quiet... too quiet. My second option would be Hockey Monkey. She's pretty good and would be a worthy kill, and has been holding back. As to who should be the designated killer, I vote myself (as the least ranking Wolf). I will probably be on CatInASuit's list, anyway. DiggitCamara

Alternate scenario: we could screw with everyone's heads and howl to the moon... (maybe, just maybe, get in a sneak lynch of CatInASuit) DiggitCamara

I doubt a Cat lynch will go through Tomorrow barring unforeseen poor play from him. I suspect the town will give him another day's rope to hang himself even if they agree that he is not the detective. Even if a real detective counterclaims they'll probably put them both on ice for the time being.

Did one of us talk him into that investigation? I can't remember.
I agree that Roosh is playing very cautiously. I know he was on vacation for the first part of this game, but he's been back for a while and posting infrequently (although content-rich when he does). He also has some pretty good ideas. I'd put him on the list to off.

I would add MHaye and NAF1138 to the list of possible kills. Not for anything specific, but just because they are good players. MHaye in particular has seemed very level-headed and intelligent this game.
Although I think I've planted some seeds of scum on NAF with my "putting words in Dio's mouth" play, so it might be good to give that time to see if it blossoms. (Extra bonus: I would have made the exact same argument if I was Town).

MHaye would be a good kill as well. NAF usually dies so early that if he's not another scum, I'd be worried that one of them would take him out tonight.

I need a decision in about 5 hours. Both target and killer.
