So, anyone have any long-term strategies they'd like to toss out there? Any gambits anyone would like to propose? Good question, and this long night is probably a good time to do it. I've never played scum before, so I don't know if I have any great ideas. What was the downfall of scum in previous games (particularly the previous Conspiracy)? Can we think of strategies to prevent a similar fate from happening to us?

I haven't really lived that long as scum before, I'm sorry to say. I'll be watching for opportunities, but right now I don't really have many suggestions. We don't have that much information just yet.

d**n... NBC is putting out a sensible post alleging inconsistencies in some of your posts, FD. Hopefully this either gets lost in the nighttime shuffle, or you can explain this away...

So, anyone have any long-term strategies they'd like to toss out there? Any gambits anyone would like to propose? Well, I have been thinking about leaning on fluiddruid a bit. I noticed a "perfect knowledge" post by her just a while ago, and I thought it could be used to distance us from one another. I don't think I'll be using it toMorrow, though. Maybe two Days from now.

I reset display names and emails. Safer that way (I'm probably overly paranoid).

If you're going to do that, I'd say do it now, while it's fresh.

Yeah, but he's saying some other ridiculous crap, which several people have commented on already. I just hit him pretty hard before coming in here. It looks like peekercpa has some suspicion of him already and he's pretty talkative, so hopefully he'll take the lead on that. In fact, NBC may be too good of a target to go after hard early. I think it might be good to lay off him once the voting starts and go after him later in the Day when there is more time pressure. His behavior is the kind that'd easy for people to latch on to at the end of the Day. I say we go easy, let someone else build up votes and claim, and when the votes move off of that person, pick NBC as the backup. Could work like a dream if we time it right

Given that I laid out some thoughts about NaturalBlondeChap, I was thinking that it might not be a bad idea for all of to to post some thoughts about who we are going to "go after" or not toMorrow, either for real or for show.
Repeating what I said above, I think NBC is a good lynch candidate, but one we should wait to move on until later in the Day.
I think I will lay off of Oredigger77. He was a target of convenience for me more than anything else.
Hal, if you don't mind, I might pull the lurker suspicion card on you. I doubt it will get a lot of traction, and would be a good way to set us at odds.
One more thing: I suspect the Witches (through Nanook) will be back with an investigation result. If we get unlucky and they finger one of us, is there any way to fend off that lynch or will we have to give up on that person? I suspect it would be the latter, but just in case someone had a brilliant idea, I thought I would ask.

Just a note: you may want to remove any personally identifying information from you user profile here. While I can keep guests from viewing this board, it's not so simple to protect the member list. As far as I know, there hasn't been any problems, but I wanted to be proactive, so reset a lot of member info.

Well, peekerpa seems to be poking at me for no good reason - the only thing anybody's even considered calling me out for is "duplicating' my reasoning on brewha, but that was an honest post! I mean, seriously, why would town ever "no lynch" on day one of a delayed info game? No idea what that's all about.
Zsofia
PS - I think if Nanook does finger one of us we may have to abandon them. It would be hard to convince people that if he lived through the night he wasn't a true Witch, even though there's several reasons that might be the case (roleblocking, other people protecting foolishly, who knows?)

Be careful of casting too much suspicion on other wolves. We do want to separate from one another but I'd just as soon not end up dead if not necessary.

pedescribe kills storyteller0910. No! You've been tricked! storyteller0910 is a Magician. pedescribe actually kills NaturalBlondChap.
It's now Day. No discussions here.
